Pasquale’s Pizzeria embarked on its journey on March 31, 2001, when the first location opened in Austintown, Ohio. Founder Steven R. Eicheldinger’s hard work paid off as he established the store and gained recognition. Soon, an opportunity arose for Mr. Eicheldinger to build a new location closer to his home. While the Austintown store was sold to a capable owner, it wasn’t officially licensed as a Pasquale’s Pizzeria.

Undeterred, Mr. Eicheldinger pressed on and on April 10, 2002, the Wilmerding, Pennsylvania location welcomed its first customers. It was during the construction of this store that he sold his first license agreement, leading to the opening of the first licensed Pasquale’s Pizzeria in Gibsonia, PA, on April 3, 2002. Since then, Pasquale’s Pizzeria has experienced steady growth, with licensees now operating in Allison Park, Aspinwall, Dravosburg, and Penn Hills.
